If you select multiple files or folders and then select Download from Microsoft OneDrive, SharePoint in Microsoft , or from SharePoint Server Subscription Edition, your browser will start downloading topfind247.co file containing all the files and folders you selected. If you're in a folder and you select Download without selecting any files or folders, your browser will begin downloading all. For files shared outside your domain, Google Drive unlimited doesn't give you information about who watched or downloaded a file. Your only info in the auditing will be that "someone" viewed this file info, I think. You can only monitor that for people inside your domain.
From Teams on the desktop or web, you can download any file you see in Teams—whether it's on a channel's Files tab, sent in a message, or stored in a OneDrive folder.. Select More options next to the file name and then Download. Files you download from Teams will show up in your device's Downloads folder. If you want to download all student submissions for an assignment, you can download them as a bulk download. Your ISP, for the people who have been asking, know your downloading stuff because they know the IP’s of the sites that serve people with mass downloads. I’m sure they have a simple algorithm that when there clients IP, (YOU), meets up for a lunch date with the bad, bad, but so good sites like Piratesbay, then it probably pings and they know. Copying folders or files from Google Drive does not trigger any notifications. Despite this, you should only copy files or folders that you have permission to access. I would not recommend copying data from someone's drive, unless they have specifically given you permission or shared those documents with you. Notes: You can view folders shared with you in your OneDrive folder by adding a shortcut. Click Shared Shared with you, right-click a folder, and then click Add shortcut to My files.
